Eid Message

Salam Aleykum WaRahmatullah WaBarakatu

I hope this message reaches you in the best of health and Eiman.

We would like to congratulate you on the occasion of Eid al-Adha. We hope that over the past 10 days of the month of Dhul-Hijjah, which are dedicated to self-building and self-recognition, you have all benefited from every moment of this period and have gained the awareness which you strived for on the day of Arafah.

In reality Eid is to return, it is to return from the darkness of our desires to the purity of our soul and Fitrah; it is a new beginning, and the same way everyone is beautified with new external clothes, we should also adorn our hearts with the light of faith inshallah.

The Islamic Unity Society would like to wish you an Eid full of blessings, happiness, infinite bounty and we pray for the safety of all the Hujjaj.

O Allah! We ask you to reconcile our hearts with love and understanding,
to resolve our broken affairs and guide us towards peace,
and to take us out of the darkness of falsehood and show us the path of guidance.

Wa min allah al-tawfiq
10thDhul-Hijjah 1436
