A cemetery visit has organised for sisters this coming Saturday 24th October at 11am in London. The meeting point is at Mill Hill East station on the Northern line. There will be Dua recitation and an inspitational talk by Sr Zayn Visram - not to be missed! But why visit a graveyard you ask?

Graveyards, are the door to the other world, our final destination, the reality we are all readily distracted from by our daily lives. Underneath lay the remains of their bodies. Their souls float around the earth we are created from and to which we will return. Reciting Quran for those already dead to ease their punishment in the grave can prepare recitals of Quran for our souls when we are dead; a good deed is never wasted and Allah’s (swt) will prepare us for taking the small time to send blessings to the dead who need them
